The MGH SYSTEMS Group was established in 2013 by merging various companies that worked in the sector of plant engineering and in four main business areas (Data Centers, Telecom, Security and Energy).

Because it can count on many years’ experience and considerable skills, the Group stands out in the market as an innovative technology system integrator that can supply unique, highly advanced solutions to its customers. The position of MGH SYSTEMS is that of a company focused on the research and development of solutions that are state-of-the-art in the sectors the company is active in.

  • BMS IMPIANTI was established in 2003 by 5 people with twenty years’ experience in the field of electric systems, Felice Brivio, Massimo Scremin, Ezio Vezzoli, Marco Brivio and Massimo Belloni.
  • In the same year BMS IMPIANTI started working with some of the main broadcasting networks. The Group built the electric infrastructure these customers needed and dealt with the radio links and safety systems as well.

BMS IMPIANTI entered the world of video-surveillance, access control, air conditioning and fire-prevention systems. The company gained specific experience in the construction of cleanrooms and decontaminated areas for drug production.


BMS IMPIANTI participated in the construction of the Data Center in the Stock Exchange in Milan.


BMS IMPIANTI took part in the execution of the “Campus 2″ project for the Municipality of Milan by building two Data Centers and completing the switch without stopping Public Administration services.

BMS IMPIANTI is one of the founding companies of Infrabuild, Italy’s first company network on infrastructure.

BMS IMPIANTI signs a contract for the construction of a Data Center for Ericsson Telecomunicazioni/Fastweb. The customer requested the construction and maintenance over the years of a “turn-key” site that is considered one of the most advanced in Italy.

  • Acquisition of 35% of the WIREBRIDGE company to enter the renewable energy sector via solar thermal energy with a patented system with high-energy efficiency.
  • Change in the Group’s top ranks – Marco Colombo becomes CEO. The team becomes stronger and BMS IMPIANTI sets out to become international.
  • Two companies, PURE ENERGY and BR SERVICOS DE ENERGIA SOLAR, are opened in Brazil to reap the benefits of the considerable growth of that country’s energy market.
  • The MGH SYSTEMS operating group holding company is established.
  • MGH SYSTEMS becomes Canon’s official partner and obtains the “First Tier level partner” qualification for Network Camera Solutions.
  • MGH SYSTEMS builds up the Data Center contractualized in 2012 with Ericsson / Fastweb, under the DCaaS (Data Center as a Service) business model.
  • MGH SYSTEMS obtains the specific ATS (Accredited Tier Specialist) certification for the construction and maintenance of Data Centers.
  • The Swiss branch of the group is opened. MGH SYSTEMS SWISS immediately obtains an important big contract for the construction of a Data Center.
  • MGH SYSTEMS successfully renews its partnership with Canon for the Network Camera sector.
  • MGH SYSTEMS opens in the US
    The MGH SYSTEMS Group is pleased to announce the establishment of its first US branch: MGH SYSTEMS AMERICA Inc.
    The company, headquartered in New Jersey, has the purpose of increasing penetration in the data center sector, based on the medium and large IT infrastructure in North America continuing to pursue its objectives of focusing in the areas of ‘mission critical’ applications.
  • MGH SYSTEMS enters in the components sector.
    MGH SYSTEMS enters the field of mechanical components, electro-mechanical and electrical for ‘mission critical’ applications. The company, born together with international industrial partners, has operational headquarters in Rieti and will serve the European market of components in the fields of Data Center, automotive and telecommunications.
  • In February obtains the specific ATD (Accredited Tier Design) certification , specific for Data Center design.
  • In the same year obtains the CDCDP® (Certified Data Centre Professional) certification by CNET, for the Data Center design in accordance with the requirements of the current BS EN 50600 and TIA 942-A standards, industry best practices and codes of conduct.
  • MGH SYSTEMS, in March, signs an agreement with CHeckME to resell the CHeckME monitoring solution based on NFC TAGs.
  • In June becomes  APC / Schneider Electric Premier Partner.
  • In October becomes ABB Channel Partner.
  • In November Signs an agreement with Enerqos for the development of self financed energy efficiency projects.
  • MGH SYSTEMS launches the MoD (Modular on Demand) solution, based on very high efficiency Modular Data Centers (PUE < 1.1).
